I mistakenly bought a subscription “supporter” and not a "premium"
What should I do?

FACEIT does not offer subscription upgrades at the moment.

However, you may try to get a refund for your supporter subscription. Keep in mind that in order to get a refund you have to meet criteria listed in Can I get a refund support article.
