Why is nobody responding to my support ticket?

I have made two tickets regarding my faceit account. I have paid for faceit premium for the sole reason of being able to play missions in CS:GO, but first my missions did not appear at all. I made a support ticket about it, got no response, but after a few days missions showed up. But it said Premium only with an option to “Upgrade” to unlock missions. Now I already have premium and I can also queue up for faceit premium CS:GO matches, so my premium subscription is active. I sent a ticket early last week, but still NOTHING. How is this possible, with so many players using faceit, but such a poor support system?

I am winning matches that dont count towards my missions, and there is less time to complete them if I finally do get it unlocked at some point…
