Subscription problem



A few weeks ago i tried to purchase a subscription via xsolla.
It failed 2 times, for whatever reason, still, i lost my money 2 times.

I received a message from u guys that it’ll take a few DAYS until it’ll be transfered back, but nothing happened yet.
