Region?

I made my account in Germany long ago, and have now started playing in US since I moved here. When I change the region to US it doesn’t give me the notification that it will be region locked for 2 days which according to FACEIT it’s suppose to. All it says is Account information has been updated. How do I make sure my region has switched? I’ve purchased premium and a hub and haven’t been able to play in any of them for the last couple days because it still shows me being from Germany when I am in the united states.
