It would be nice to have either a live chat or phone support for issues. I have a ticket open that I started on April 10th and I didn’t get the first initial response until about a week ago. Everything the representative has asked me to do has taken days for them to respond back to me. The issue I am dealing with makes me a hindrance to my team and is making me not want to play on the platform at all. Doing an email back and forth every few days with no results for my issue is ruining my experience. I understand the representative is trying to help and I appreciate it, and I know this is not a life or death situation by any means. I just want a way for my issue to get resolved faster to keep me on their platform and happy.
