No response to important tickets. Money out of my bank account after exiting every subscription

What the actual is going on with faceit support team , i created a ticket with high priority 1 month ago and i don’t have a response yet , Can someone do something about this , they took out 5pounds from my bank account for no reason , actually after i canceled all my subscriptions + if i would have had bought by accident explain why i don’t have a subscription on my profile.
