CS:GO error whilst loading with AC client on


Hello guys,

I did some research on this and it seems like quite a few people are having this problem.
I will write it out as simply as I possibly can.

  • Without AC, CSGO starts up just fine.

  • With AC on, CSGO encounters an error, (screenie in gyazo)

  • Am only using AC, not the client.

I’ve looked around and it seems no one has found a solution.

Thing’s that I’ve tried so far (all haven’t worked):

  • verify game cache
  • created exception for cs:go and faceit AC in my anti-virus
  • disabled my anti-virus
  • ran both programs as Admin
  • added both programs to windows defender exception list
  • ran both programs on high priority

Problem seems to be with the system not allocating/having enough resources.

My PC setup:
CPU: i5 4690k
GPU: gtx 970
Memory: 16gb Ram
Motherboard: MSI z97 gaming 5

I installed a fresh copy of Win10 onto my new SSD and am using my old HDD as a storage device.
My windows is fully activated and updated.
I have installed CSGO onto the SSD and I’ve tried installing the AC on both the SSD, then the HDD and tried it with both combinations.

I’ve come to a stop and can’t seem to find a solution.

Any help would be greatly appriciated,



I had the same problem, i fixed it with uninstall Faceit client and Faceit AC. Then restart the computer and download the client and ac again


Unfortunately that didn’t work for me :confused:
Tried several times too.
