We have received multiple reports from our users, saying that whenever some of them try to authorize in our application using FACIT Connect api, they get a black screen with red letters on it saying “An error occured loading the configuraiton file. Please refresh the page.”. We have a screenshot if needed.
that error might occur if the network request to load the FACEIT Connect configuration file has timed out (e.g. slow internet connection). It’s usually nothing to worry about and does indeed go away upon refreshing.
Should this incident become systematic, please let us know.
