When there is a situation where like now where I have been waiting for an hour. There is no drop down box to access live support. So I can’t contact you guys. The only way is to submit a ticket via email which doesn’t get a response quickly. I think it would be a good Idea to make available when a tournament is ongoing to have access to live support lets say from the chat box or in the overview for the tournament. Instead I had to add one of the other competitors in the tournament and had to ask for his assistance.
