Account issue

Заблокировали акк с email : [REMOVED BY MODERATOR], вака нет .всё в норме, но я не мог получить доступ к этому аккаунта, забыл пароль, а сообщение с восстановлением не приходила на почту.
Создал новый акк, но стим аккаунт уже привязан к старому акку [REMOVED BY MODERATOR]. Сейчас пишу и сижу с нового акка ищу помощь, сделал тикет, уже больше недели никаких действий от поддержки

My acc1 blocked there i dont have a vac on this acc. All is normal, but I could not access this account, forgot the password, and also did not return to the mail with the recovery.
I created a new account, but the account is already attached to the old account1. . Now I’m writing and I’m sitting with a new akka looking for help, made a ticket, more than a week no action from support
