Account deactivation

I sent an email so this account could be deactivated, because I want to play on a new account. I already made that new account and just started playing on it, but haven’t received an email back yet. On this site it says that I can play on a new account once I ‘asked’ for the old to be deactivated. So I am doing it now and I hope it will be deactivated soon!

I would highly recommend you wait for the Support Team to respond to your previous request before doing anything else otherwise you will run the risk of losing access to both accounts.
