AC not registrating

Hello,

after formating my PC, I am having problems with both the Faceit AC and the client. When I try to que for a game it tells me I don’t have my AC activated, which I have. I have the AC updated and my PC rebooted. When I try to que through the client, it tells me to connect my csgo with the client, and I get a message that csgo is already connected to another user - which is me. I have tried to google the problems, submitted a client, I really need to get some support soon, or I want a refund on my 1-year subscription.

relax you will not get help. i´m waiting like 1 week for faceit supporters to answer my requests. xd
